Do you enjoy tinkering with the most random things? Some people call this slow, detail-oriented, pointless fiddling a waste of time. Here at #TipunanSaSisidlan, “butingting” is meaningful. 🤲🏼 

If we take the time to notice, when we use our hands in intentional work, the knots in our minds come loose. We are brought to a state of focus and zen, as they call it. 

In @ohkeina of @hiwagahand’s workshop, all you need are your hands, your imagination and your breath. You don’t need to be an excellent sketch artist, or painter or crafter. All that is needed is your desire to create. Create what? Literally anything. 

This space was created for trial and error, playing and falling short, sharing and receiving. Give yourself permission to leave the world behind and simply mess around. Rest. For your mind and your soul. 💗 

All of us humans are born with the ability to create. Let go of the bitterness brought by school works marked with a huge X or projects you painstakingly worked to perfect. It’s time to try again. For what? Nothing. Just for yourself. What’s there to lose? Nothing, too. 😉
